I think my recent experience with IntenSati is the best example of this. IntenSati is all about combining the intensity of a cardio workout with the mental energy of positive affirmations. Although it was physical challenging at times during the workout, in the end I felt physically stronger and mentally empowered. It was a great experience that I would definitely do again.
